Outreach Volunteers Needed to Impact Students

Guidance counselors are working with the BX Student Outreach Program to show their students that there are more options than just college.

Share your industry career choices and knowledge to help students understand what their path can be. The goal is to interest today’s students in becoming tomorrow’s industry colleagues. Since the start of the program, volunteers have shared this message with nearly 98,000 central Ohio students.

After a brief training session, speakers visit middle and high school classrooms in teams of two and present the structured 35-minute program. Presentations take place during the school year and you volunteer when it fits your schedule. You could have a tremendous impact on a student’s career – Volunteer Today!
